About the Program
This is a 12 week program, where the instructor will be exploring / teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This is a style of yoga where postures are strung together using the breath. Participants can expect to build strength, stability, and flexibility. Keep in mind that mindfully moving the body can reduce levels of stress, improve sleep and increase ones overall level of happiness! .
$90 for Community League Members
$105 for non Community League Members
Drop-ins are $20
